I am fully trained in Remedial Massage by the University of Ballarat (Now Federation University) & Pregnancy Massage by Pregnancy Massage Australia.

I am able to provide relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, cupping and pregnancy treatments.

It is recommended to not receive massage when you are unwell with a cold, fever or an infectious skin conditions or if you are sunburnt.

There are some medical conditions, for example: cancer, cardiovascular disease and early pregnancy that should be okay'd by your GP or health provider before treatment.

Please note that I am unable to provide a treatment if you are under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Our pregnancy treatments are based on relaxation and stress reduction, we have you lay on your side with pillows and bolsters for maximum comfort.

This is completely personal and we can discuss this before we start, if you would like remedial massage results but are worried about deep pressure, there is alternative methods I can use for you to get the most out of the treatment. The term "no pain, no gain" isn't relevant anymore and you can still get amazing results without the stress.

For massage I use a water based H2Oil with no added essential oils so it doesn't irritate the skin or stain clothing.

Comfortable clothes is always the best option.

Reiki is energy healing, if you are feeling stuck and unable to make time to sit, booking a reiki appointment or a bundle session will help give you the space and the moment to clear any unwanted emotions & thoughts which can help give you some answers you didn't know you needed.
